Healthtea.ie has the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. All products shown are as accurate as the website allows. The availability of an item on the website does not always guarantee that it is in stock.

HealthTea personal blends are intended for general health support only and not intended to replace the advice and care of a medical practitioner. Please do not attempt to self- diagnose or self-medicate. At no stage does HealthTea.ie and/or Roisin Sheridan as herbal advisor, attempt to diagnose any medical conditions.

Always seek medical advice before taking any herbal teas or remedies especially if you are taking prescription medication, have any existing medical conditions, are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.

It is always possible to be allergic or have allergies to any ingredients natural or synthetic. It is therefore advised to do a 24-hour taste test as explained during consultation, HealthTea and/or Roisin Sheridan cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects that may arise from the misuse of our products.

Refund Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product is not returned in its dispatched state we cannot offer a full refund and a compensation will be calculated on individual basis, please note that it can be up to 100% of value depending on the damage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure that you quote your order number and provide us with your receipt of payment.

Damages and issues
If for any reason your HealthTea does not reach you in perfect condition or we accidentally send you the wrong order, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, no buts!! 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Privacy policy

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation that are in place.

We do not retain your personal data for longer than it is necessary for us to comply with the purpose for which you gave it to us. Any personal data which you provide to us using this website will be used in line with the purposes for which you provided and after this purpose has been completed, we will delete your personal data.

We collect information for the following purposes:

For statistical purposes to improve this website and its services to you;

If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. We will not give or sell your details to any other party for any reason unless you specifically ask us to do so.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by telephoning, writing or e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracy we will delete or correct it promptly.

Healthtea.ie will use only the methods supplied by you for communication with you (e.g. telephone, mail address and/or by e-mail). You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

IP Addresses

An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer automatically when you use the internet. When you visit any web page on our website, our servers log your IP address. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

Our rights

We reserve the right to:

Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or

Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any changes to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

Purchase of products

Orders must be placed online or on the phone. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

For delivery in Ireland, orders will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 1pm using An Post. We do not dispatch or deliver after 1pm on Saturday for the remainder of the weekend or on bank/ public holidays. Please give as much lead time for an order as possible. Due to the nature of our product when demand exceeds supply there may be a waiting period until your product comes back into stock. We will fill all requests in the order received. 

For all new personal blend orders please allow up to 7 days to devise, pack and deliver your bespoke Healthtea. Your order will be held on file for you to re-order at any stage without a new consultation. 

Deliveries outside of Ireland will cost more. The latest prices will be displayed at checkout.

As per standard distance selling regulations, you have 14 consecutive days after you receive your parcel to raise any issues with your order. After that time, the transaction is closed.

Pricing policy

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges.

Price changes

We may alter prices at any time. We try our best to keep price changes to a minimum but sometimes it is inevitable. We will aim to update the web site as soon as possible, but may not be able to make changes immediately. If the price of an item you have ordered has increased we will contact you before charging the additional amount.

Payment methods

Payments are made through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal or Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may also refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not the product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Complaints procedure

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us at HealthTea. In the event you are not satisfied we will do our best to respond quickly and fairly to any problem relating to purchases from HealthTea.ie or the service provided. In the event of a problem, contact us straight away and we will do whatever is necessary to resolve it as fast as possible. In normal circumstances problems will be responded to within 24 hours, usually the same day we are notified.
