Ingredients:
Lemon Verbena - A powerful herb with anti bacterial properties, commonly used to relieve stress and insomnia.
Lemongrass - Packed with naturally occurring antioxidants, Vit C to boost immune system function, fever reducing compounds, aids in the removal of toxins from the body, reducing fluid retention. Lemongrass is antibacterial, antimicrobial and antifungal.
Hibiscus - Packed with antioxidants, boosts liver health and promotes a healthy weight. Gives this blend it's colour and sweet tang!
Nettle leaf - Mild diuretic, to cleanse and remove toxins from the body whilst nutrient rich to replenish lost vitamins and minerals - vital for building strength from within.
Ginger - Warming and soothing. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Aids digestion, reduces nausea and helps fight colds & flus. Jump starts the immune system and gives this blend it's kick.
Method:
We enjoy our HealthTea best when brewed in a teapot or French press. 1-2 tsps. for every cup of boiling water, stir, then steep for 10 minutes or more.
