Pine Needles: Super Rich in Vitamin C & Beta Carotene (vitamin A) to fight bacteria and viruses and boost your immune system function. With Decongestive and disinfectant effects on the lungs, to help reduce & soothe inflamed bronchi.
Linden Flowers: A mild diaphoretic, can induce sweating helping to reduce a fever and promote the immune systems ability to fight infections. The German Commission E has approved it's use for the treatment of colds, coughs and flus. Rich in antioxidant flavonoids and anti inflammatory compounds. Also a renowned herbal nervine to promote mental function, anxiety and aid insomnia.
Lemongrass: Packed with antioxidants, vitamin c to boost immune system function, fever reducing compounds, aid in the removal of toxins from the body, reducing fluid retention. Lemongrass is Antibacterial, antimicrobial and antifungal.
Eucalyptus: Unbeatable benefits for respiratory health. We enjoy our HealthTea best when brewed in a teapot or French press. 1-2 tsps. for every cup of boiling water, stir, then steep for 10 minutes or more.
