Ingredients:
Peppermint - super nutritious, superior in flavor and rich in phytonutrients such as chlorophyll, vital vitamins, antioxidants & minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, and magnesium. Used in herbal medicine as a muscle relaxant, pain reliever & digestive aid.
Spearmint - The original mint, spearmint has a pleasantly sweet taste and mild menthol aroma. Used in similar ways to peppermint, it too is chock full of nutrients!!
Nettle leaf - Mild diuretic, to cleanse and remove toxins from the body whilst nutrient rich to replenish lost vitamins and minerals - a nutritive tonic herb vital for building strength from within.
Method:
We enjoy our HealthTea best when brewed in a teapot or French press. 1-2 tsps. for every cup of boiling water, stir, then steep for 10 minutes or more.

Love, love, love this tea!
I suffer with digestive issues due to a thyroid condition & find this tea great for after a meal, like an after dinner mint but without the nasty ingredients.
If you like mint then you have to give this tea a try you won’t be disappointed.
